A meeting on the 10^th of Ardibehesht month 1388 with the presence of Dr.Rostam Khosraviyani , Dr.Mehran Sepehri, Mr.Farrokh Arshiriyan, Mobed Mehraban Firuzgari, Mr.Khodayar Attie,Mr.Farhad Rohinton,Mr.Daryush Akhtar Khavari, Neptun Nikanjam,& Mr Jamshid Darabiyan took place in the office of Dr.Ekhtiyari.

Heading the meeting Dr.Ekhtiyari informed about the activities that had taken place, he also emphasized on making a youth working group with an appropriate timetable. Programs which have been fore seen for the Dubai Congress are traditional classical music, Songs , Cultural dramas to be displayed by the Iranian Zoroastrians and of course a questionnaire for selecting the best will also be available. In continuance Dr.Ekhtiyari said that many who want  that their weaknesses should not be known to others try not to participate and this itself means the declining number of Zoroastrian participants which to speak frankly is a fact which is not at all in compliance to our society's needs. 

 It was also announced that a special discount will be given to the one's presenting meetings with different upto date topics, traditional and religious films, Interesting programs etc.

 In conclusion Mr.Khodayar Attaei (Sub executive of the World Zoroastrian Trade & Business Hall)was given the responsibility for registering the participants names and also being the key link between Iran and other foreign countries. Special thanks & appreciation were given to Mr.Attaei and Mobed Firuzgari for their kind  & cooperative attention in this regard.
